Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position involves teaching communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. This role is overseen by experienced BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians, and offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
• Must have access to a smartphone or similar device.
• Must have a fun and energetic personality.
• Must be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
