Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic and passionate individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves teaching communication, social skills, and play skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, overseen by skilled BCBAs and RBTs. Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Have a fun and energetic personality
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs (plus)
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data
