As a Behavior Technician at Behavioral Health Works, you'll work one-on-one with kids with autism, teaching communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. You'll work directly with kids, track progress, and partner with families and a clinical team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable car, valid license, and insurance
- Comfortable with tech
- Experience or passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs
