Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) working directly with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Availability to work weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week)
- Reliable car, valid license, and insurance
- Comfortable with tech, using phone/tablet for data collection
- Experience or passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred, not required)
