Early Intervention Specialist

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves teaching communication, social skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis, and offers supervision, comprehensive training, and flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Provide in-home, clinic, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Be willing to travel to and from the clinic or client homes.
• Be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Must have a fun and energetic personality.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
