Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Gameplay Programming roles
• Experience working on multiplatform and on at least 1 multiplayer/Live game
• Experience working with Unreal 5 or 4 and on networking games/online multiplayer games, as well as good understanding of a client/server environment in Unreal Engine
• Very comfortable programming in C++
• Proven experience in defining gameplay architecture and making long term technical recommendations that balance player experience, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
