Job Description
Behaviour is looking for a Technical Director to help push the boundaries of immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in immersive, interactive, XR, or unconventional video game projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in immersive, interactive, XR, or unconventional video game projects
- Technical expertise in real-time game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity)
- Knowledge of interactive systems (sensors, computer vision, tracking, physical input)
- Strong understanding of hardware infrastructure: AV, networking, synchronization, spatial rendering, etc.
- Excellent programming skills applied to immersive media (e.g., VR, AR, interactive environments, game engines)
- Proven experience managing technical teams (development, AV, R&D, integration)
- Ability to anticipate technical risks and propose concrete, realistic, and innovative solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
- Bilingual in French and English (international team and partners)
