Senior Tax Manager, Direct Tax

BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Direct Tax to lead direct tax compliance, tax accounting, and cross-border coordination across the company’s growing footprint. The role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day direct tax compliance function and its transformation to automation, partnering with IT, Finance and other business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ direct tax compliance & advisory experience, gained either in-house or in big 4 firm.
• Accounting, law or tax degree preferred.
• SAP Knowledge is required.
• Experience in a complex, international environment with cross border direct tax exposure and tax provisioning under US GAAP and operational aspects of transfer pricing.
• Experience working in shared service center models and managing cross-border service provider relationships.
