Beitzel Corporation is seeking an Electrical Solar Superintendent to lead solar projects and supervise a team. The role requires strong construction knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance, and 3+ years of solar site construction, installation, and management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance
- 3+ years of solar site construction, installation, and management required
- Master Electrical License in at least one state, Maryland preferred
- Advanced ability to read blueprints, plans and review drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot on-the-job issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities to include project scheduling, reporting, etc.
- Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, safety and construction regulations, to include the NEC
- Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and meet budget and deadlines
