This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and is eager to guide and support a crew through diverse and dynamic projects.
Requirements
- Lead and perform electrical installations and troubleshooting
- Provide labor to industrial trades and to various construction and industrial projects
- Communicate equipment and supply needs to both Electrical field personnel and management
- Prepare time and material (T&M tickets), receipts, and other paperwork as required by the job
- Lead, train, and mentor Field Services employees
