Requirements

• Develop and implement action plans and tailored solutions for debt restructuring of complex and high-risk credit files
• Ensure risk management (financial, credit, operational, and reputation) for Belfius
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and coordinate with a team of specialists from various departments within the bank
• Provide support and guidance to the Credit Department and colleagues in IC regarding the proactive monitoring of credit risks
• Participate in credit and risk committees and take autonomous decisions within the delegated powers
