Job Description
Bella&Bona is seeking a Performance Marketing Growth Specialist to own and scale their demand generation engine. This role involves campaign execution, budget management, analytics tracking, A/B testing, channel expansion, and content creation, all with a focus on driving SQL growth and ARR. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven track record of B2B lead generation (SaaS, marketplaces, or scale-ups preferred)
- Strong analytical skills (GA4, HubSpot)
- Execution-first mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
