Job Description
Bellagent is hiring a Sales Director who will lead sales efforts, own individual quota, and take on leadership responsibilities. The role involves selling AI-powered business operations and leading a team. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SaaS or technical sales experience and prior experience as a sales team lead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS or technical sales
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota in real, production sales environments
- Experience selling into longer, more complex deal cycles
- Prior experience serving as a sales team lead, with responsibility for guiding other reps.
- Strong communication skills and comfort selling to senior stakeholders
