Job Description
Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director, the Community Independence Programs (CIP) Therapist provides diagnostic assessment, behavioral health therapy, and community support services to clients and their natural supports. The CIP Therapist transitions clients in community settings, works to provide supervision, assistance to daily living, case coordination, counseling, guidance, and transportation.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field
- Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT licensure
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families
