The Program Floor Supervisor is part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who provide clinical expertise and oversight of clients within Residential Treatment. The role includes administrative supervision of direct care staff, maintaining an effective therapeutic milieu, and ensuring the program meets client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Licensure: N/A

- Knowledge and experience pertaining to behavioral health and pervasive developmental disorders.
- Ability to manage crisis situations that require prompt decision-making and actions.
