Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, drive service and sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge and belief in the flat rate system
- Ability to analyze and monitor market area to meet objectives and goals
- Technical HVAC experience
- Prior experience leading employees
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing and stressful environment
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- Clean DMV, California Driver License
