Job Description
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Caretaker to be involved in the village on Palatine Road in Didsbury and to be a visible and positive role model for providing an excellent maintenance service to our customers.
Requirements
- Provide support to village teams to maintain the village in a clean, attractive and functional condition
- Work with the property department to ensure that the village building, equipment and fixtures are maintained in good and safe working order
- Carry out all health & safety and compliance checks as required
- Work in accordance with Belong standards and values
