Job Description
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Ben, you'll own the experience that hundreds of thousands of employees and HR teams interact with daily, building and shipping front-end features, contributing to component architecture, styling standards, tooling decisions, and accessibility practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience building modern front-end applications with React and TypeScript
- Ability to collaborate with designers and have opinions about what makes a great user experience
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to both tech and business audiences
