Tax & Accounting Manager

Our client is a fast-growing CPA firm that is redefining the client-accountant relationship. They're looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to lead a client-centric, value-focused accounting experience for small businesses.

Requirements

• CPA or EA preferred, or equivalent experience with tax and accounting management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with client-facing experience
• Strong grasp of GAAP, tax compliance, and advisory-level client service
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, etc.) and workflow systems
