Job Description
Benchling is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead the development and execution of the company's product marketing strategy for its R&D Cloud platform. This role focuses on defining the company's leadership position in the biotech and AI space, crafting compelling narratives, and owning the GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Requirements
- BA or equivalent undergraduate degree
- 10+ years professional experience in product marketing or marketing leadership
- 6-7 years growing and scaling high performing teams in high growth B2B SaaS organizations
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and establishing credibility with senior business leaders
- Excellent communication skills
