Job Description
Benchling is seeking a Product Designer to collaborate with Science and Engineering teams to build user experiences for scientists involved in biotech research. The role focuses on enhancing scientific workflows, improving research quality, and supporting innovative projects. This is a remote position focused on usability and design of software products specifically catering to a science-focused audience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience driving the design of software products, ideally SaaS
- A strong portfolio of relevant design work
- Track record of working with complex product architectures or workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Experience contributing to a design system
- Experience working with Product Management, Engineers, and fellow Designers in an agile environment
