Job Description
Benchling is revolutionizing biotechnology with its R&D Cloud platform. They are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Performance Engineering team and focus on improving internal tooling and observability practices, enabling performance improvements and scaling infrastructure. This role involves contributing to customer experience, problem solving, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong abilities in problem solving and iterating on feedback.
- Strong abilities in modern Observability tools and practices.
- Willingness to work onsite in SF office 3 days a week.
