Job Description
Benchling is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to build tools for the chemistry market. This team aims to accelerate science by creating powerful, intuitive tools that support a broad range of scientific workflows, including molecules and antibody interactions. The role involves building end-to-end solutions from concept to launch, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining high quality and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, Agile)
- Strong expertise in frontend development (React or similar) and backend development (Python)
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems with attention to performance and user impact
- Strategic problem solving and clear communication
