Job Description
BenchSci is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to spearhead the delivery of transformative solutions for their generative AI platform to customers. This role involves program management, customer success, and operational strategies to accelerate R&D productivity and foster long-term user adoption. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage metrics to optimize efficiency and drive value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 5+ years in customer success for B2B enterprises
- Educational background in a life sciences or technology discipline
- Proven ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations
- Experience navigating complex scenarios
- Comfortable with ambiguity and finding solutions
- Skilled in interpreting complex data
- Willingness to travel internationally
