Head Men's Soccer Coach

The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Men's Soccer program, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and coaching team members. This is a full-time, twelve-month position.

• Strong preference for coaching experience as a head coach
• Commitment to the overall development of the student-athlete and the mission of the College
• High level of personal integrity
• Outstanding work ethic
• Knowledge of and commitment to NAIA rules and regulations
• Demonstrated success in recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to inspire student-athletes to develop to their fullest potential
• Outstanding skills in oral and written communication
• Good organizational ability and computer competency
