Requirements
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate persons
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional office administration training is a plus)
