Job Description
Benshaw is seeking a Technical Specialist & Trainer to serve as a go-to expert in variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems. The role involves providing technical support to customers and partners, designing and delivering training programs, and keeping the content fresh. The position emphasizes problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with VFDs, motor controls, or industrial automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of AC/DC motors and drives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with PLCs and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) is a plus.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
