Job Description
Bentley Systems is seeking a AV IT Support Specialist II to be the technical hub for their new headquarters in Philadelphia. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the AV infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation for internal teams and external clients. The role is technical, creative, and focused on empowering users with dependable tools.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate IT support role.
- Demonstrated experience with professional A/V production equipment.
- Expertise with enterprise conference room technologies (Logitech, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Advanced support knowledge of Windows 11, iOS, and macOS.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
