We are looking for a talented team player who loves to have a bird's eye view, structure and the smooth operation of projects. As a project coordinator within Performance & Rewards, you will be responsible for the administrative and organizational aspects of our projects.

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO-level work and thinking
• at least two years of experience in a similar role within a customer-oriented or administrative environment
• strong in planning, organizing and communicating
• accurate, proactive and 'doer' mentality
• experience with systems like AFAS
