Job Description
A large-scale area development on the west side of a medium-sized city is underway, and a Project Director is needed to oversee the project on behalf of the cooperating public and private parties. The Director will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the project, including leading a team and external advisors, monitoring planning and finances, and representing collaborating partners.
Requirements
- WO degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or Urban Planning
- At least 10 years of experience with complex area developments or comparable projects
- Strong leadership and experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and strategic skills
- Ability to connect interests and make decisions within a governance context
