Requirements

• Maintain customer relationships
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and clients
• Address inquiries and resolve logistical challenges
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
• Act as the primary contact for customers
• Coordinate and oversee warehouse inbound and outbound shipping activities
• Gather necessary customs documentation for import and export operations
• Provide and manage origin-related documentation
• Identify bottlenecks in logistics processes and offer effective solutions
• Create and deliver regular reports on logistics performance and customer satisfaction
• Support clients with the onboarding process and training on system usage as needed
