Job Description
As the Real Estate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the financial performance of assigned portfolio, developing and updating cash flow models, and identifying potential risks to the portfolio.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or financial analysis
- Strong financial acumen
- Analytical Thinking mindset
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft office (advanced spreadsheet modeling in Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
