Job Description
We are looking for a Canadian Sales Director to complete our sales leadership team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the business development of the region and the leadership of your five sales team members located in Canada.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in horticulture, in agriculture or any other relevant training
- Have 10 years of leadership experience in the field
- Be bilingual in French and English
- Be able to travel on a regular basis within North America
- Have knowledge of floriculture and specialty ag markets (preferred)
