Sales Representative

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Professional who thrives on building trusted relationships to promote and sell Berger’s industry-leading horticultural products to professional growers in both ornamental and fruits & vegetable markets.

Requirements

• Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or equivalent relevant training/experience.
• Demonstrated sales success with a solid solution-selling approach.
• Knowledge or experience in CEA for leafy greens, fruits & herbs.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Autonomous, motivated, and equally comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory; valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Knowledgeable working in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
