Job Description
The Manager - REAP role at Berkadia is responsible for coordinating with senior management to implement a results-oriented strategy, managing a team of Mortgage Banking Analysts, and communicating with stakeholders in the US. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience, and at least 4 years of experience in a people-leading role. The manager will be responsible for aligning activities with the company's strategic direction, conducting dashboard review meetings, and partnering with recruitment teams and operations managers.
