Requirements
- Manage and mentor a small team of software engineers
- Digest cross-functional meeting discussions and identify critical dependencies
- Monitor and track dependencies across teams
- Autonomously remove roadblocks to enable the team to make progress
- Track team performance and ensure alignment with project goals
- Lead sprint planning and track team progress
- Represent the team in various forums
- Remove distractions and administrative burdens from the team
