Facilities Maintenance Associate

Berlin City Toyota is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our growing team in Portland, Maine. This hands-on role is vital in keeping our facilities in excellent condition and ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Requirements

• Prior experience in facilities or general maintenance preferred, ideally in a commercial or dealership setting
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
