Vice President, Nonprofit Public Relations & Advocacy

BerlinRosen is seeking an experienced communications and media relations strategist to join as a Vice President for Nonprofit Public Relations & Advocacy. The role will involve counseling clients across various issue areas, developing integrated communications strategies, and managing a team of junior staff.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience working in strategic communications and media relations
• Strong storytelling skills and demonstrated ability to create news moments
• Savviness and creativity in media relations and pitching, social media content ideation and influencer engagement
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams
• Ability to confidently communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Organized and used to a fast-paced environment with the capability to handle multiple assignments at once
