Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of nutrition assessment and nutrient requirements
• Current theory and practices of dietetics for patient population
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to positively interact with professional and non-professional personnel
• Maintain updated license and continuing education hours
• Familiarity with research procedures and protocols
