Job Description
NEXTREND GmbH is seeking a Student Assistant / Assistant for their Frankfurt showroom. The role involves welcoming customers, guiding them through the showroom, collecting contact information, answering basic product questions, maintaining showroom tidiness, and supporting the team during events and shortages. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in sales and customer service.
Requirements
- Open, communicative personality with a passion for customer contact
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable, independent working style
- Ideally, first experience in retail, customer service or a comparable position
- Willingness to work on Sundays
- Very good German skills in word and writing
