The Corporate Center is the seat of the Bertelsmann Board of Management, coordinating entrepreneurial activities and group functions. The area of Corporate Controlling & Strategy supports the Bertelsmann Group Management in steering and developing the group.

Requirements

• Business economic analysis and evaluation of the development of the group and individual business fields
• Follow-up and further development of the group strategy with a focus on financial development and economic feasibility
• Evaluation of planned acquisitions, divestitures and new business ideas from an economic perspective and in terms of strategic fit
• Support in portfolio planning and development of financial target specifications
• Special projects of the Board
