At BMG, we're looking for a Manager - Digital Marketing to curate and execute holistic digital marketing campaigns for a diverse range of artists and projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music industry, and a strong interest in AI, new tech, and innovation.
Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow and engage artist audiences.
- Manage social media, content planning, digital platform partnerships, and creator collaborations across all key channels.
- Analyse audience and performance data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights.
- Drive artist database growth and execute CRM strategies, including email marketing and community building.
- Champion innovation by integrating AI, new technologies, and emerging digital trends into marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, internal teams, and digital partners.
- Represent the BMG Frontline digital marketing team, building strong relationships with artist managers & community as a source of expertise and knowledge in the field.
- Oversee creative content development, working closely with internal and external content producers and designers.
- Self-edit/design content where necessary with tools available.
- Proactively identify, pitch, and implement innovative marketing opportunities with digital partners.
