We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work in Dortmund and provide phone support to patients on a wide range of topics. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in a commercial, medical, or service-oriented area and enjoy regular phone contact with customers.

Requirements

• Phone contact: Enjoy regular phone contact with customers and can handle complex conversation situations
• Education: Completed vocational training in commercial, medical, or service-oriented area
• Language skills: Express yourself very well in writing and speaking
• IT skills: Good PC skills, especially in handling MS-Word
• Soft skills: Work well with others, have a high degree of empathy, and are customer-oriented
