Job Description
As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician, you'll work at our local Best Buy store to provide technology support and repair customers' computers and other devices, with a focus on excellent customer experiences and timely follow-up.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products
- Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
