Escrow Assistant - Escrow Processing Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to serve as an Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Processing Team for all aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 2 years of title insurance industry experience
• Obtaining funding when required by faxing or e-mailing documents
• Professionally communicating with Real Estate Agents, Lenders and other Title companies
• Technically proficient with reviewing Title Commitment, gathering transactional information and providing overall support for the Escrow Processing Team
• Issue short form loan policies
• Knowledge of technology including common business software platforms as well as common title and escrow software systems used by the title insurance industry
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal staff members
• The ability to handle post-closing communications as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
