Job Description
We are looking for a responsible CNC Operator/Bending 2nd for a full-time direct placement position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of CNC machining experience and a high school graduate or equivalent.
Requirements
- Set up and operate bending, laser cutting, and punching machines
- Assist in debugging operating or programming problems with high laser cut quality part
- Participate in daily shop floor management meeting and be an active member of SYNCHRO Plus activities
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
