As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for your store and team, building an environment where colleagues develop and parents and children feel welcome. You will combine people skills with commercial insight and ensure that your store shines every day.

• Experience as a leader in retail, preferably in fashion
• To lead, coach, and motivate a team every day
• Commercially oriented and sharp on overview, even during busy moments
• Result-driven coaching with strong communication
• Customer orientation is in your DNA, just like a sense of style and presentation

• Flexible and available, even during busy weekends and peak moments
