Job Description
BETA Technologies is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive the development of innovative equipment and processes for eVTOL and eCTOL products. The role involves leveraging industry experience, curiosity, and experimentation, as well as prototyping and validating novel manufacturing processes. This position contributes to revolutionizing electric aviation and involves significant contributions to both manufacturing and testing processes. They are passionate about sustainability and a vibrant work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace or other Engineering degree
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Catia preferred)
- Experience developing advanced manufacturing processes e.g. additive manufacturing, automation, vision systems, laser welding
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
