Job Description

They are seeking an Electrical Technician specializing in Motor R&D, responsible for hands-on assembly, testing, and manufacturing of electric motors. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of motors crucial to the R&D process and flight testing.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in electrical device assembly and testing/manufacturing
- Experience with soldering and board-level rework
- Experience with component staking and application of conformal coating
- Familiar with electrostatic discharge best practices (ESD)
- Experience referencing technical documentation
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to pivot and rapidly develop solutions to changing goals
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for sustainability
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems (24 VDC to 800 VDC)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
