Job Description
BETA Technologies is seeking a Flight Test Change Management specialist to manage all aspects of the flight test change management process, ensuring adherence to FAA certification requirements for electric aircraft. This role involves coordinating and tracking design changes, maintaining traceability of product configurations, and providing input to design and flight testing changes. The team will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation by ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality operations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of configuration management processes and familiarity with SAE-649
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or other regulated design and manufacturing industry
- BS in a relevant engineering or quality discipline or equivalent education and experience
- Production Lifecycle and Enterprise Resource Planning software (3Dx, Teamcenter, Plex, SAP) proficiency
- Strong skills in MS Excel for analyzing and comparing product structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
- Above and Beyond Qualifications
